An evolution of the fvmi brand
FVMI Build+ is a dedicated division focused on incidental supporting civil works and aesthetic lighting works — established in 2024, but backed by the experience of fvmi, a general contractor operating since 2008. That pairing lets Build+ combine the responsiveness of a growing brand with the credibility, systems, and expertise fvmi has built over years in the industry.
Build+ exists to give clients who want to enhance their space through lighting a reliable, single-source partner — aesthetic lighting works, and the incidental civil and architectural works that support them, including repairs and renovations.
As fvmi's Value-Added Services (VAS) division, Build+ complements the group's core engineering capabilities. fvmi remains the licensed entity responsible for electrical and electronics works, while Build+ adds aesthetic lighting and supporting civil works that technically complement fvmi's electrical portfolio.
The capabilities behind Build+ aren't entirely new to the organization — fvmi's original Articles of Incorporation, registered under Fvmapile Incorporated, already covered general construction and allied works as part of the corporation's primary purpose. Build+ is the focused expression of that long-standing capability, brought to the everyday improvement needs of homes, businesses, and facilities.

We handle the incidental civil and architectural works that support lighting and improvement projects — not a full construction contract, but work that still needs to be done right, all executed with proper engineering oversight, coordinated through fvmi's accredited engineers where a licensed Professional Engineer is required.
